How to reboot the Hub

Rebooting the Hub can be the quickest way to get you online.


Switch the Hub off at the wall. Leave it for 10 minutes then turn it on again.


When the white power light’s solidly lit, check if you’re back online

If you're using your mobile phone or tablet, turn off mobile data to make sure you're finding the internet from the Hub's network.
